Information you need to give when booking a CSCS test
- which type of HS&E test you want to take
- which test centre you want to take the test at
- your full address
- your CITB registration number if you have previously taken a HS&E test or applied for a CSCS, CPCS or CISRS card
- your chosen method of payment; we accept debit and credit cards.
What to do on the day of the test
- arrive at least 15 minutes before your test starts
- bring your confirmation booking email or letter
- bring ID that includes your photo and signature; read the full ID Policy here.*
- After your test, you must keep your Score Report safe as it has important information on it relating to your card application
If you are under 16:
You will need to take a completed parental consent form (PDF, 120KB) with you to your test, along with an acceptable form of ID. Check the ID Policy for details.

The total cost to sit the HS&E test is £48* inclusive of admin fee charged by us covers booking and customer support services.
