Information you need to give when making a booking
- which type of HS&E test you want to take

- your full address
- your CITB registration number if you have previously taken a HS&E test or applied for a CSCS, CPCS or CISRS card
- your chosen method of payment; we accept debit and credit cards.
What to do on the day of the test
- arrive at least 15 minutes before your test starts
- bring your confirmation booking email or letter
- bring ID that includes your photo and signature; read the full ID Policy here.*
- After your test, you must keep your Score Report safe as it has important information on it relating to your card application

You will need to take a completed parental consent form (PDF, 120KB) with you to your test, along with an acceptable form of ID. Check the ID Policy for details.

The Operatives Test covers most trades & CSCS Cards i.e Labourers, Bricklayers, Carpenters, Painters & Decorators, Groundworkers, Dry Liners, Floorers, Plasterers, Stone Fixers and many more and suitable for: Green CSCS Card, Blue CSCS Card, Gold CSCS Card and Red CSCS Card.
